How we chose these recipes
Good Food’s audience favourites and YouGov’s dish-opinion ratings informed the dish families. These sources measure different things: one publisher’s visits and reader ratings, or the British public’s opinion of dishes. This is not a verified ranking of the 250 most-searched recipes, and individual variants have no assigned search rank.
All 250 recipes are new to the Crumb & Pepper library. Complete recipes come from Wikibooks Cookbook under CC BY-SA 4.0, with source credits and adaptations on each recipe. Recipe text remains in English; controls and portion scaling work in both languages. Where the source gives no serving count, scaling uses the original batch. Missing times and quantities are left unspecified.
